Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Electrical components and special order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@damico-engines.co.uk or by calling us on +44(0)1953 717 784.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.

Please ensure that the RMA number provided by our customer service team is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued following our standard return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.

Damico Engines Limited shall not be held liable for any labour charges associated with the installation or removal of parts deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
