1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Damico Engines Limited ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer ("you", "your"), through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

• When you place an order online, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

 

• You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. However, the contract between you and us is only formed once we manually accept the order and dispatch the goods.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT at the current rate of 20% (unless the item is VAT-exempt).

 

• Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel or proceed.

 

• We do not sell items below our cost price.

 

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Ownership of goods transfers only after payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within the UK using third-party couriers.

 

• Delivery times may vary but are typically within 2–5 working days.

 

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

 

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
 

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

 

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

 

• A minimum £8.95 carriage charge applies for dispatching exchanged items, depending on size and weight.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in acceptable condition.

To initiate a return, please include a copy of your invoice and a note clearly stating the reason for return or exchange and your contact details.

6. Data & Privacy
