Stronger than the original cast item, these flywheels are specifically designed for the SRCC Historic Sports 2000 (Pinto) formula, these flywheels are also homologated for HSCC Historic Formula Ford 2000.

Our steel flywheels are sold 50g heavier than the minimum weight listed, this allows for 2 refacing operations (depending on severity) before the flywheel becomes too light. With original equipment cast iron flywheels becoming harder to find in usable condition our steel flywheels offer the perfect solution.

Our flywheel is supplied as machined with a choice of 135T pre-engaged ring gear or 110T inertia type ring gear. You can also request the flywheel to be fine balanced before dispatch although we would recommend the flywheel to be balanced on the crankshaft to which it is to be fitted, we also offer this service.

Equally at home on any fast road or kit car application, a steel flywheel is a must for any high-performance high revving engine using the standard pattern 215mm clutch configuration. All our flywheels are manufactured in EN8 steel (annealed) and machined on the latest CNC machinery to very close tolerances, intended to be fine balanced on the crankshaft, with an option to lighten this flywheel further for extreme road applications.

Flywheel weight: 6.5kg without ring gear – 7.050kg with ring gear
Crank fitment: Original 6 bolt + 1 dowel hole
Clutch fitment: Standard type 215mm
